Sometimes the people who seem to be handling everything are carrying more than anyone knows — and healing begins when you no longer carry it alone.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and practice as a Licensed Associate Counselor*. I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and overwhelming life experiences. Trained in EMDR therapy, I help clients move beyond survival mode toward healing, resilience, and emotional freedom. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients better understand the “why” behind their experiences while developing tools for lasting change.
A significant focus of my practice is serving first responders and their families. As the spouse of a longtime firefighter/paramedic, I understand the unique pressures that come with public safety careers and the impact those demands can have on mental health, relationships, and family life. I strive to create a space where first responders and their loved ones feel understood, supported, and safe enough to begin healing.
I approach counseling from a Christian faith perspective, thoughtfully integrating faith-based support while honoring each client’s personal beliefs, background, and comfort level. Whether you are seeking explicitly faith-centered counseling or simply want a compassionate, clinically grounded therapist who respects your values, my goal is to provide a safe space where healing, hope, and freedom can grow.
